Information we receive

When you contact Wovenode, we may receive your name, company, email address, business information, and the information you voluntarily provide about your accounts-receivable process.

Pilot data

If you join a pilot, Wovenode will only request the information reasonably necessary to configure and operate the agreed workflow. Pilot scope, access, retention, and security expectations should be documented during onboarding.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate pilot fit, provide agreed services, improve Wovenode, and maintain business records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers needed to operate the pilot or website. Their access should be limited to the services they provide.
